The hotel is protected by smoke detectors. Please make yourself aware of the emergency procedures listed here to further enhance your safety and security. Your best defense against a fire is to plan ahead.
Locate the exit nearest to your room. Be sure it is unlocked and unblocked.
When you detect fire or smoke, dial "0" for the Front Desk.
If the fire is in your room, get out and close the door. Alert your neighbors. Once you are out, report the fire. If you cannot leave, remain in your room and seal the door with wet towels until assistance arrives.
If the fire is not in your room, leave if you can. First feel the door. If it is cool, open it slowly and go to the nearest exit.

Do not answer the door of your hotel room without verifying who it is. If a person claims to be an employee, please call the Front Desk and verify.
Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use the bolt lock.
Do not display your room keys in public or leave them on restaurant tables or other places where they might be stolen. If you lose your keys, please alert the Front Desk immediately. We will change your keys right away.
Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying substantial amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
Do not invite strangers to your room for any reason.
Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. (The hotel is not responsible for items lost in your vehicle)
Check to see that the sliding glass window in your room is locked.
If you are travelling with children, be sure they are supervised and always know their whereabouts.
If you see any suspicious, report your observations to the Front Desk.
If you are leaving through the back exit of the hotel, please close the door and gate behind you.
Use the electronic safe in your room to store your valuables. The safe is secured by PIN or ID/credit card.
